SolveX.AI is an AI-powered service that provides answers to academic questions through photo submissions. Users can capture and upload photos of academic questions, and our AI technology will analyze and provide answers to these questions.

• You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not be located in or accessing the Service from China

5. Content Submission and AI Processing

By submitting photos to our Service:

• You grant us the right to process and analyze your submitted photos using our AI technology
• You confirm that you have the right to submit these photos
• You understand that our AI-generated answers are for reference purposes only
• You acknowledge that the accuracy of answers depends on the quality of submitted photos
• You agree not to submit any personal or sensitive information in the photos

6. Disclaimer of AI Results

While we strive to provide accurate answers through our AI technology, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the answers provided. Users should verify all answers independently and use them as reference only. The Service is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated answers.

7. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for use outside of China. We do not warrant that the Service is appropriate or available for use in China. Access to the Service from territories where its use is illegal is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MySolveX.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The AI-generated answers are provided for personal use only.
